Maybe the problem with compatibility headers can be fixed in 1.31
(http://aspn.activestate.com/ASPN/Mail/Message/boost/1958550).

- it is bugfix, not new feature
- its effect is strictly limited to Borland
- it would help Serialization library to work with of-the-shelf Boost
installation

I'd submit patch but generator is in Python and I don't know that in deep.
