[boost] mpl tests

I notice that there are mpl test in the RC 1.31 tree.

But I don't see any test results for MPL in
http://boost.sourceforge.net/regression-logs/cs-win32-RC_1_31_0.html

Is there a reason for this? Would it not be a good idea to include them?
