Well, if you'd like a little problem to look at right away, you can
check out policy_ptr in the sandbox.  It seems to compile and
pass all the tests except for the one with the ref_linked policy.
It seems to be a bug in VC7.1, because 8 other compilers
generate the code correctly, and an inspection of the source
doesn't turn up anything that looks wrong.  That is, it compiles
the test correctly, but it crashes at run-time.
