Michael, the vast majority of my min/max fixes have been in uBLAS. 
Please take care not to regress those fixes when you merge in the new 
version.

I hope to add some code to the inspect tool to find violations of our 
min/max guidelines, but I'm not sure I'll be able to do it in time for 
this release. In the mean time, you can find the guidelines in 
more/lib_guide.htm
