I have one of these that is fairly easy to use, and conforms to the most
recent draft
(http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-mealling-uuid-urn-03.txt).
However, part of the code uses a md5 hash. Is it acceptable to assume
that MD5 hash implementations are widely enough available that they can
be used, or would I also have to provide an independent boostified
implementation as well?
