[boost] link in python docs

Dave,

In libs/python/doc/tutorial/index.html there is:

<link rel="next" href="quickstart.html">

But the file quickstart.html does not exist - and this is fooling bcp, I
assume that it should point to doc/quickstart.html ?

Whatever it should be can you fix?
