Small note to chapter 3 intro: it is possible to check
whether type is abstract.

The technique was invented by Rani Sharoni
and it will be included in Boost 1.32 as
is_abstract<> type trait.

It works only with newest compilers
(e.g GCC3.4, VC7.1, Intel 7).
