Or maybe the review manager should set a number of required reviews
before the review period starts, based on the size and complexity of
the library. If there are not enough reviews, then the library is
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
