There needs to be a help page for this thing (although I was able to figure it
out without a how-to page).  If you want to upload files you have to activate
an account with a valid email address (that's what the login) is for.  Given
the current spamming situation this seems like a reasonable way to cut down on
folks uploading stuff that doesn't belong...
