I downloaded the latest main cvs trunk Boost. Bjam generation of the libs
are ok. But most if not all tests runned with runtest.bat are failing as
"boost::exit_success" is not defined (extract from bjam log follows)

It seems that the include <boost/cstdlib.hpp> is missing somewhere??
