Those results (except timings) are almost exactly the same as mine, except
for the WinCVS byte count over the wire.
In WinCVS: Admin | Preferences... | Globals, what is your "Compression
level" set to? Mine is 9. I'm guessing yours is set lower.
Time comparisons don't mean a whole lot, since two very different servers
are involved.
I'm quite impressed with TortoiseSVN. Maybe I'll even read the manual:-)
