[boost] filesystem compile problem on Redhar

I'm using GCC 3.4.3 to compile boost 1.32.0.  filesystem compiled ok but
when I try to run regression tests, I get the following errors:

Other templates in fstream.hpp compile okay except basic_ofstrem.
