Summary: Muss of "host" and "target"
Initial Comment:
When I try build boost for crossplatform compiler
(i386-mingw32msvc-gcc) on linux host.
When I set tool to mingw, jam try build ".so" libraries
(I use hack for set $OBJCOPY to i386-mingw32msvc-objcopy).
When I set WINNT variable, jam try use windows
directory delimiter. And in any case it fails build
