I'm quite happy to have a separate review for this, but at present Hubert 
seems to think it's basically an extension of his special functions library 
(most of the algorithms are complex number versions of his hyperbolic 
special functions), so I'm preparing patches against that: all this new code 
will then end up in namespace boost::math, and the TR1 library (when it 
comes up for review) will just make use of that code rather than duplicating 
it.
