When logging in and then looking at a specifig bug, I can't change
anything, besides adding a comment.

In the overview, I can't assign a bug to myself, because I don't see a way
how to do that.

There is an admin link on both pages, when selecting it, I get the message
"You do not have admin status on any trackers for this project".

Hmm, I'm wondering if one really has to be a project admin to change the
status of a tracker item.
