With the proposed implementation, I believe all of the following have
a value of 7:

   binary_int<0111>::b
   binary_int<73>::b
   binary_int<0x49>::b

That's presumably what was meant by "there is some aliasing". Doesn't seem
like a particularly serious problem though.
