Hi,

 

I enclose a new set of headers, put in one file for convenience.

 

I have tried to enable the use of iterators and templates where possible
but still allow the use of the functions by third party DLLs requiring
sharing of source code and class definitions.

 

This makes the use of iterators interesting.

 

I look forward to any comments or ideas on how better to do this first/
third party compromise.
