I do.  If we have to templatize the whole system anyway, it wouldn't be
that big of a deal to add an iteration policy.

Otherwise, I'd say that if we advertise the iterators as Input Iterators
they should behave like other Input Iterators - copied iterators point
to the same underlying structure.
