Replacing the seuence on entry to wait:
sem_Wait (semBlockLock);
nWaitersBlocked++;
sem_post(semBlockLock);
by
atomic_increment(nWaitersBlocked);
sem_Wait (semBlockLock);
sem_Wait (semBlockLock);
would avoid loosing this signal, since the signal(bAll) function would
increment nWaitersToUnblock then.
