[boost] [boostbook] BOOST_ROOT vs BOOST_BUILD_PATH

Hi,

the installation script for Boostbook contains:

   elif test -r "$BOOST_ROOT/tools/build/v2/user-config.jam"; then
     JAM_CONFIG_IN="$BOOST_ROOT/tools/build/v2/user-config.jam";

Shouldn't BOOST_BUILD_PATH be checked, too?
