If your main concern is the chunking depth in the html generation,
that can easily be adjusted by some xsl tweaks (assuming you are
using Norman Walsh's xsl stylesheets, the procedure is documented
here: http://www.sagehill.net/docbookxsl/Chunking.html#ControllingChunks)
