No... Just until a patched version is available again. For some that's 
when the authors of the patches publish new patches. And for one patch 
when I have the time to figure out where to patch the new version.

Hm, that's one of the changes I did. I'll see if I can do that change 
later this week. In the mean time you could upload your new version 
under a different name so as not to reset the counter.
