Hi Howard,

Who is the copyright holder? You? Your employer? I try to encourage
programmers to make the copyright message the first line of code they write
in a new source file. Mostly it doesn't matter, but every once in a while
saves a great deal of later grief.

Ditto license. If you are in search of a good license, Boost happens to have
one available:-)
