Integer might be nice, but we already have a Boost.Integer, and I'm
not sure that an "infinite precision integer" belongs in that library.
I think that unbounded is the nicest alternative so far. What about
generalizing the library name to Boost.Unbounded and possibly (later)
including a floating-point type with unbounded range and precision?
