Ok, I just added Julio's Installation and configuration docs to
the Quickbook documentation. Thanks Julio! There is now a detailed
step by step "Installation and configuration" section. For now, we
only have the section for Windows 2000, XP, 2003, Vista. Let's
hope someone will contribute one for *nix and Mac.
