[boost] STLPort toolset documentation suggestion

I've found after much wasted time that with STL 5.x and a dynamic build,
one has to have the STLPort .../bin in the path in order to find the correct
stlport....dll.  Perhaps this fact my be added to:

http://www.boost.org/tools/build/v1/stlport.html
