Yeah, we should add a note somewhere. We should definitely package
a miniboost. Unfortunately, we can't do that before Boost 1.34 gets
out of the door (soon?).

BTW, I forgot to mention thanks to Hartmut Kaiser for doing this
release! Thanks Hartmut!
