Without getting into the question of how old / outdated gcc 3.x is, may
I ask what the relevance of your advice is to the reported problem ?
I think the issue was clearly pointed out (missing header guards in a
boost header), and no matter what version of GCC you use you will encounter
that error. If not the compiler is buggy.
