I have the same problems.  I did include -DBOOST_TEST_DYN_LINK in the
compilation, but I still get the error.

I see a vague reference in the documentation.

So, specifically, what is the TRUE, and REASONABLE way of getting all my
previous test programs to link correctly with 1.34?
