I like this idea too - I've been dabbling with an RPC library and have
tried to separate out the authentication part of the communication
protocol. If I can use your library to make use of different
authentication protocols to initiate connections between an RPC server
and a client, I'd be happy to try it out and use the RPC library as a
test bed.
