It might be good to start these statistics reports with a little
preamble about what people should do with them. One obvious way to
help is to triage unassigned bugs by assigning them to the right
people. Another thing people can do is reassign bugs assigned to old
sourceforge IDs to the corresponding new trac IDs if they've changed.
I'm just thinking on my feet, here. My main concern is that a large
pile of unassigned bugs means they probably won't be dealt with, and
no actual developer will rise to the top of the "list of shame."
Another thing: The "reporter" field is a SourceForge UserID. If you
change "foo" to "foo_at_[hidden]" in the reporter field, the person
will actually get emails when you update the ticket. Too bad that
wasn't part of the conversion, but what can you do?
