[boost] [trac config] Too many showstopper bugs

Somehow, it seems like every bug assigned to me has a
severity of "Showstopper", which is not quite good.
It seems like every editing of issue changes its severity
to Showstopper -- for example, Dave just now assigned some
bugs to me, and all got Showstopper severity, which is
most likely not intended.

Could it be some Trac misconfiguration?
