I don't know
As you can see from the rev 1.1.2.1 checkin comment at
http://boost.cvs.sourceforge.net/boost/boost/more/getting_started/detail/release-variables.rst?view=log&pathrev=RC_1_34_0,
the link was updated  for the release.
