It is at least useful for me sometimes ... if you have build the project
already, simply answer "no" to "should you rebuild" and it will run in
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
