In same vault directory, there's now:
array_multi_dyn_indices_static_shape_demo.cpp
which doesn't bother with offset calcs and array<int,size>
indices. It just uses boost::array and a new template:
array_multi
< ValueType
, mpl::vector_c<extent_type,size0,size1,...,sizeN>
>
for any N to implement any rank array. It
inherits from boost::array; hence, has all the
it's methods. The .cpp file compiles and runs.
That's all the testing that's been done.
