I'm not going to make a very throughout review. I have accompanied the
discussions though.
And I'd like to vote (could be counted as a half vote) that switch
should not be accepted.
It seems there are still too many doubts about how switch should be
designed and which use cases it should serve.
IMO, it should be rejected now. Then after all doubt about its goals
and design is saned, it should be reproposed and then be accepted.
