[boost] [1.35.0] Web site fixes needed

I've just added three web site items to the web site do list 
(http://svn.boost.org/trac/boost/wiki/MergeOneDotThreeFiveDotZero):

 * www.boost.org/libs should redirect to the current library docs page.

 * The "Documentation" sidebar entry links to an empty page.

 * The "Documentation" sidebar expansion does not list 1.35.0.
