[boost] Missing lib in not header-only documentation

Hello,

On the getting started part of the web site, one can read:

http://www.boost.org/doc/libs/1_35_0/more/getting_started/windows.html#header-only-libraries
The only Boost libraries that /must/ be built separately are:
...

The system lib is missing from this list.
