[boost] [interprocess] non-ASCII characters in headers

Hi Ion,

There are a few non-ASCII characters is the interprocess headers,
which cause Boostbook to reject a few of the XML files and miss a few
pages from the reference documentation (such as the flat_map
documentation). I've fixed them in my doc branch. Is it okay for me to
merge it into trunk?
