Where does one publish articles like this? In boostcon? In magazines?
What are the reputable journals or conferences where whis kind of
article can have resonably high impact?

I would love to be able to justify the amount of time I spend playing
with these kinds of features by producing journal or conference
articles, even if the subject is a bit tangential to my main area of
study.
