MPL actually has a pdf of it's reference manual at
'libs/mpl/doc/refmanual.pdf' in your local copy of boost. But it was
last updated for four years ago. If anyone fancies looking into
generating an up to date pdf, or pdfs for other documentation written
with python docutils we could probably add that to the boostbook pdfs.
