I've done a test run with the Mingw 4.4.0 build from
http://www.equation.com/servlet/equation.cmd?call=fortran .  The results are
available under the RW_Mingw runner.

It sounds like an official Mingw 4.4 release is due soon - i'll try that
whenever it appears.
