according to [1] boost.container works with stateful allocators.
browsing through the boost.container documentation, i didn't find a
comment about it, though ...

if this is the case, it would be great to see an example and a section
in the documentation on how to use it ... it would be very useful, e.g.
for thread-local memory pools ...
