I'm targeting a subset of ODBC to start with. The idea is to have a
framework that makes it easy to add features piecemeal, and hope that
the community helps with the other backends.

Ironically object-relational mapping is my real focus. I'm toying with
this lib as an en-route. Boost has been there for a long time, it's
surprising that there is no Boost.RDB yet.
