This can only be fixed on the server side by buying a cert from a
"trusted" authority (i.e. one who's authority certificate is distributed
with most browsers).
Boost's cert was generated by Indiana University. They have a FAQ on what
causes these errors.

To fix it properly, install their authority certificate from
