Oh wait, it's more interesting than that. There's also CMake reference
right in index.rst. It surely seems to me that talking about "Alternative method"
before the "Official method" is even mentioned, much less explained, is
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
