I disagree with this strongly - it would be unhelpful for BOTH you NOT to review
the others library.
(Just as review managers can, and should, make their own personal review as well
as making a judgement reading all the other reviews).
You are bound to have expert views and can point out pros and cons of the other
library.
We know who you are ;-)
And we know when "you would say that" - so we can cope with any bias.
But your view will still be informed.
