Hi

This is just a notice that the FunctionTypes library appears to have
been broken since revision 56305, where several of the arity
preprocessor files have become corrupted (more specifically,
arbitrarily cut off) for some reason or another.

The following extremely small test-case should fail to compile:

#include <boost/function_types/function_pointer.hpp>

int main() {}
