I mentioned it one of the first sentences here:
boos::date_time works only with Gregorian calendar while boost::locale
provides transparent support of many others like Hebrew, Islamic,
Boost list run by bdawes at acm.org, gregod at cs.rpi.edu, cpdaniel at pacbell.net, john at johnmaddock.co.uk
