Hello my name is Thomas Mullaly and I am currently an undergraduate in Kent
State's Computer Science department.

I'm interested in submitting a proposal for this years Google Summer of Code
for the Heaps and Queues project, but, first I was wondering if somebody
could explain what the requirements are for this project. So I have a better
understanding of the project when I write a proposal.
